The wedding events will have a strict formal to black tie dress code. We ask that you respect the groom and bride’s wishes and show up in attire fit for a true celebration in style.

If you can’t find it in yourself to dress up for the occasion, then we will respect your decision to not join us.

Yes! We will have premium Open Bar during the Reception.

During Pre-Ceremony and Cocktail Hour we will offer a mix of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for your enjoyment.

Please feel free to plan on cash for tipping our bartenders if you feel so inclined.

es... We love children but we ask that you take full accountability for your children while at the celebratory events.

We also ask that if your child is screaming, crying or otherwise tantrum that you remove the child from the event area until they calm down.

Please be aware there will be loud music, cussing, and drinking at the event. If you prefer to keep your little ones away from that, we understand.

Any damages the child does to decorations, food, cake, venue or other non-owned items will have to be paid for by the parents of the child to the harmed party or bride/groom depending on circumstance and in-full.

There will be transportation between Hershey Lodge and the Hotel Hershey day of the ceremony. All other transportation from off-site will need to be coordinated by the guests.

Due to the inclines of the walk to and from the ceremony site, there will be the following transports offered:

• pick up at lobby of Hotel Hershey to ceremony site.

• Ceremony site to Cocktail Hour

Cocktail hour and reception are fully ADA accessible.
